Hotel a West Harrison

“I enjoyed this hotel very much, except that the fact that I had to walk all the way to the casino to get a coffee in the morning no coffee was offered in the hotel lobby. It seemed not very friendly and welcoming to me. Coffee is something everyone loves in the morning. You need a coffee station.”

“The coffee came out just water. We tried several cups nothing but water. Breakfast was bagels, small muffins and cereal. Definitely short on staff only one person trying to fill the muffins and do the desk plus run the shuttle to the airport. Next time we will definitely try a different hotel”

“Unfortunately, the roadwork was a little bit of a hassle. Not many cars in parking lot-so no problem. Sheets didn't fit the mattresses. Toilet bowl should be cleaned better. Bathroom faucet loose Breakfast fine.”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“Do not trust the high rating on Expedia. Very misleading. This is what you’d expect in a cheap motel. The rooms have no sound-proofing. Very musty smelling. Black gunk in the showers. Paint peeling off the walls. The water wasn’t even lukewarm in the shower, and the pressure was inexistent. ”

“Given the age of the building, it’s kept in great shape and the rooms are well appointed with modern appliances and amenities. It was clean and the staff was really great ”

“We didn’t feel safe or clean so we left and got another hotel room. The front desk attendant was kind. The hotel smelled so bad of weed and cigarettes, we couldn’t stay.”

“Yes, the room and staff were great! The pool being closed was a bummer for my kids. Better updates on website to include pool closure would have helped. ”
